Consulting Process With Tom Adams

On a very limited basis, Tom is available for marketing consultations and rapid strategic marketing plan development. Tom only works with two new clients per month on this program, so space is extremely limited.

Here is how the consulting process works.
Prior to the scheduled consulting day, you will work with Tom to provide a current reality analysis, a comprehensive marketing review and an understanding of your historical process and results. That helps to set a framework and context for the consulting process.

Tom Adams spends one full day  with you and other principals of your business at your site or in San Diego. During the consulting day, Tom works with you to outline and develop a rapid strategic marketing plan including strategies, positioning, tactics and more all brought together into a implementable plan that we write on that day.

Subsequent to initial onsite meeting, you have two half hour coaching sessions for the following two months in order to seek ongoing counsel, advice, direction, updates and support in order to ensure the plan as created during onsite consulting day is implemented. As the client you are asked to commit to a minimum of two months of ongoing coaching services as part of a consulting agreement.

Fee For Services:

On site at your location.
$10,000.00 + all travel, transfers and related accommodation fees.

Alternately, you come to San Diego. (lots of benefits to this approach)
$7,500

Coaching Services (after 2 months):
2 x 30 minute coaching sessions per month: $500.00

All fees are paid in advance by credit card. On-site day fee may be split into two installments, first installment 30 days before and second installment, day of session. Monthly coaching fees are charged to your credit card on the first of the month that coaching will take place.

Tom’s office will arrange all travel from San Diego. Airfare from San Diego based on Economy Plus Coach Fare. All related travel and accommodation fees will be charged back to you immediately upon payment by Tom. Local hotel can be charged to your own credit card. Flat rate transfer reimbursement of $250 for San Diego airport car service.

Acceptance for Tom’s consulting is by application only. Download the application and fax it to the office upon completion. Tom will be in touch to discuss your application, the process and coaching availability with you.
