Consulting Process
First and foremost, we strive to understand your desired goals and outcomes. This includes both a clear understanding of your current situation and what you are trying to accomplish.
Upon agreement the project or engagement is implemented, the goal being to improve the situation.
Consulting can take many forms, from meetings to training, to a multiplicity of other options. There is no standard formula.
