2013 Book Reading List

Here are the books a have read in 2013. This is related to my 2013 personal goal to read a book each week.

  1. Monopoly Rules by Milind M Lee. This was really a powerful book. It opposes conventional wisdom and talks about how to own a market for a period of time. Loved this book. Some of the concepts are now integrated into my consulting and coaching work.
  2. Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain by John Ratey – This book is all about how exercise actually affects our brain. Really amazing stuff and some solid reasons to get my body in motion because it will actually make me smarter.
  3. The Charge by Brendan Buchard. This book is all about personal performance.
